TK Nguyen
I was born and raised in Vietnam and moved to Australia in 2009 to study a Bachelor of Business in Event Management. I am fluent in both Vietnamese and English. While studying and after graduating, I spent six years in hospitality. That experience shaped me significantly, strengthening my leadership skills and teaching me how to manage pressure, resolve conflict, and genuinely care for people.
My interest in real estate began while I was still managing the restaurant. Like many people, my first property purchase felt daunting and overwhelming. Even with preparation, there were moments of uncertainty. Was I paying too much? Had I missed something in the contract? What if the renovation went over budget? What if the market changed?
Instead of relying on guesswork, I chose to learn the industry from the inside out. I began as a Property Manager to understand legislation, tenancy management, risk, and asset protection. I then moved into Sales to develop deeper expertise in negotiation, buyer behaviour, pricing strategy, and contract execution. Once I had built a strong foundation, I began investing seriously. I have since purchased, renovated, built, and sold multiple properties, building my own portfolio along the way.
I have sat at the table as a buyer, felt the pressure as a seller, and carried the risk as a developer. Because of that, I understand what is truly at stake for my clients. I know the numbers matter, but so do emotions, timing, and strategy. I anticipate challenges, structure negotiations carefully, and guide decisions with practical experience rather than theory.
I created Riverland Realty to bring integrity, investor level thinking, and genuine care into every transaction. My goal is simple: to help people make confident property decisions with clarity and trust.
